3040 Yooouuutuuube [Flash]

Yooouuutuuube is a Flash Youtube player that breaks down the video into a large number of individual frames as a constantly updated filmstrip.
It is so wonderful that makes almost any video a pleasure to watch. The patterns and shapes that lead from one frame to another create almost new ever changing forms.
You can specify a particular video, search for a tag or let the app choose a video for you by random.
The video used here is Jack Peñate’s first single from his album, directed by Alma Har’el. You can see it on Yooouuutuuube here.

Came across this a few days back, very nice indeed, already thinking about using it as part of my experimentation into Digital Decay [http://blog.rafolio.co.uk/category/ma-thesis/]
