Yes, thats a very nice usage of accelerometer. I somewhat feel we should do a new version of this post as this is one year old now and so many new apps out there that make use of accelerometer in a very interesting way.

Actually, there is a port of johnny lee's VR Head tracking system !:)

It's called iDesktopVR (I have it on my iPhone)

It's not as perfect as the real one , but It's something worth the mention !:)
