Nlug [iPhone, iPad, openFrameworks]

Created by Andrey Yazev (the389), Nlug is a simple, beautiful and extremely addictive clock app made using openFrameworks. Included is a digital clock made of particles controlled by a physics engine. When the time changes particles explode and transform into new digits. You can control particles using your fingers as retractors. Up to five simultaneous touches are supported and their behaviour is based on Newton’s laws of motion and gravity.
See also the wonderful app site, created using html5 canvas.
In case you haven’t seen Andrey’s work before, the389 site is a must!
