Company: Schema Design
Who We Are
Schema is a new kind of design firm for the information age. We design data-driven experiences that have an impact on people’s lives.
After a career at IDEO, Pentagram and Microsoft, designer Christian Marc Schmidt founded Schema with the mission to empower people through the design of information. Experts in the areas of interaction design and data visualization, we are a group of passionate designers and engineers who truly want to change the world. We gravitate towards projects that deal with the important issues that define our time. We are equally comfortable working on digital experiences as we are in user experience consulting and design strategy. As a team, we are collaborative and hands-on, and value prototyping as well as continuous dialogue with our clients.
What We Offer
Become part of a tight knit and passionate team. You will work alongside seasoned professionals who left their roles at agencies, corporations and cultural institutions to tackle challenging and meaningful problems together.
We don’t have managers. We will free you up to do your best work by giving you space to be proactive and take ownership over your projects. We can offer creative freedom to not only develop innovative design solutions, but also see them ship. You will learn from other team members in a fast-paced, energetic work environment, just as they will learn from you. While we are best as a team, we value each-other’s unique talents and perspectives.
Who You Are

You have experience developing elegant software solutions in a collaborative working environment, and an interest in developing innovative applications at the intersection of design, technology, and culture. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in a multidisciplinary, award-winning design team with forward-thinking clients.
