Description
Cinimod Studio is looking for a full-time creative coder to work at their London studio. We work on a wide variety of projects, marrying bespoke electronics with bespoke code. Recent work includes large-scale public installations including the London Eye during the Olympics, Mazda car launch, several installations at the V&A, etc. The projects are always unique and exciting.
The majority of coding is done in-house, and recently has made great use of VVVV, Unity 3d, and openFrameworks.
The kind of person we’re after:
+ several year of proven experience (very important)
+ Love experimenting and tinkering with technology.
+ Be a quick learner and ready to learn a new piece of software, device, API or language if a project requires it.
+ Able to work on several projects at once, thrive on challenges, delivering to customer deadlines.
+ Work well within in a team and also able to deliver on own initiative.
The ideal person will have extremely strong experience in one or more of the following:
+ VVVV
+ Object oriented programming. Ideally with C/C++.
+ SDKs like OpenCV, openFrameworks, etc.
+ Interfacing computers with a range of peripherals (eg. kinect, dmx, etc)
+ Graphics programming, OpenGL, shaders, AR, etc.
