Location:  Cambridge, USA
Type: Full-Time
Category: Web Designer

Description

Come join our small team (3 devs in-house, 2 QA outsourced) in a fast-growing startup in Kendall Square, Cambridge!

Spring has sprung, and we need you to help us accelerate development of our company’s core product and try to outnumber the sales team.

We’re working with the best technologies ( Scala / Play on the backend, Backbone / Bootstrap on the front, and iOS in the mix, too) and the best processes ( GitHub, Jenkins, Continuous Integration, Agile ), and we’re not bad people either.

What we’re building is a relatively complex survey engine and admin dash to run our cutting edge market research business.

Skills & Requirements

What we’re using on the frontend, so you should know it or something similar:

REST API / JSON
Backbone.js (front-end Javascript MVC)
Coffeescript
Bootstrap HTML5 Framework
jQuery Mobile / Touch

What we’re using on the backend, so is nice to have familiarity with, but not required:

Play 2 / Scala
MySQL
Java
