fuse* (www.fusefactory.it) is a creative studio that works at the intersection of art, design and technology. We develop digital installations and audio-visual design projects based on new media, using coding for connecting different technologies and languages.
OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE:
We are looking for developers (both at junior and senior level) that will actively contribute to our projects, from framing the basic software architecture to programming the visual part and the interactive devices.

Knowledge and experience in these languages is appreciated, but we mainly look for a good knowledge of the fundamentals of modern programming, together with flexibility and ease in acquiring new skills.
The ideal candidate is able to manage the development of the required software components independently and, depending on the seniority level, has a discrete / good level of autonomy in the following processes: design, set-up, personalization and implementation of software components, integration of the existing applications into the client’s systems, services and devices, production of technical documentation, design and execution of unit tests, problem solving and bug fixing of all software components.
Our next colleague shows a high level of engagement towards reaching the agreed goals, is a problem solver and learns new things quickly, showing good comprehension skills in complex software environments. Last but not least, (s)he is a team player and contributes in creating a pleasant atmosphere within the team through a positive and constructive attitude. Knowledge of Italian language is a plus.
