‘Hi’ is a new project by Multitouch-Barcelona. A wonderful movie but also beyond a piece of software combining real-time recording with multi touch interface. Guys at MB have just posted this video on Vimeo and I am absolutely in love with the project. A little ironic but very interesting installation where the tasks such as sending email, updating, and restarting is actually operated by a person locked inside the hardware (box).

The creator, Multitouch Barcelona, is a recently born interaction design group that explores natural communication between people and technology. They design touch sensitive environments where real world interactions move to a digital context. Interfaces where people touch, play, move, feel…Where senses play their natural role, where everything just ‘happens” as it does in the real world.
