Mormor Ingrid – Interactive 3D Drawing by Oculart
Created by Geoff Lillemon and David Gauthier, the classic arts of sculpted busts and sketchbook drawings are merged with projection mapping. The face of the elderly grandmother, Mor Mor Ingrid, comes to life with the shock of users dropping rocks into her hand. The black and white lines that dance across her 3d printed face create a holographic portrait of her disturbed slumber.
The head was 3d scanned, printed and finally projected onto using openFrameworks.
+ with the help from Jacob at Click Festival, Erin La Cour for Ingrids speech and Moef for 3d printing.
