Two pieces below by Raven Kwok (Guo Ruiwen) explore recursive and transforming hexagon and triangle.

Generated in Processing, what first appears like fractal suddenly takes on elastic almost morph like properties, is stretching and deforming. It could be a combination of verenoi and recursion but hard to tell. The triangle piece especially attains skin like qualities, almost like muscles stretching, growing and subdividing. HD highly recommended. Great work @Raven!
