Deforming Panorama [Processing]

Deforming Panorama is the Processing application by Jun Kondo, a student of mine on the MA in Digital Media in Architecture at the University of Westminster where I teach. Today was the review day and Jun presented this wonderful little Processing application part of his thesis project development. In a nutshell the project is about exploring visual relationships in Regents Park and this application is exploratory work for an intervention to amplify vistas across the main pond. The app allows you to deform bezier configuration in plan and simultaneously see the results in elevation. You could think of it as an interactive architectural drawing where mouse drag shows in realtime image in perspective. Lovely…
