‘Analog Gathering’ for the 10th anniversary of CIID

Analog Gathering was created to give presence to those who were unable to attend the 10th anniversary of CIID, held at the beginning of September 2016. By experimenting with old CRT TV’s, a group of students developed an interface that combined the analog with the digital, and further instilled a sense of distance.

Transmitted via the web, every stream is measured and distorted in order to communicate the distance of the viewer from CIID.
