Barcodas [iPhone, Sound]

Leo van der Veen, the name behind c74, an iPhone app that let’s you connect your device with Cycling ’74′s Max/MSP 5, has just published a new app that allows you to scan any barcode and produce melodies from them. The app scans any ean (8 or 13) or upc (e or a) barcode and turns it into a musical pattern in a user-selectable harmonic scale. Think of thousands of melodies to discover in your local supermarket!
