Created by Mattia Casalegno and presented in collaboration with the chef Flavio Ghignoni Carestia, the Aerobanquets RMX is an immersive, sensorial experience focussed on the perception of taste.

‘Déguster l’augmenté’ is a collaborative project by Erika Marthins with ECAL (Bachelor Media & Interaction Design) that questions if food could be augmented and technology provide a new dimension to how we experience a meal.

Students at the RCA show a prototype for digital interface built into a custom dining table that shows players which foods to eat and when. The game detects whether they’ve eaten the correct food by measuring the food’s resistance on the fork.
