CAN is funded by our community or artists, designers, curators, technologists and educators. Hovering at just over 60% of what is needed to ‘keep the lights on’, countless hours are poured into researching, editing, developing and maintaining this platform. Once we receive payment confirmation, you will receive an email asking you to ‘Activate Your Account’ by setting up your username and password. FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! We only ask you to cancel when you no longer need the account. Please see this page on how to cancel your account. Either way, your account will remain active until a year has passed.
I registered but can’t login?
Please check your email spam folder. Upon registration, you will receive an email asking you to Activate Your Account. There, you will find a link and set up your username and password. If you do not receive an email from us within an hour, please get in touch: members[at]creativeapplications.net
Do I already have an account?
Because we bill only once a year, some members forget if they registered and when. You can check if your account exists by trying to reset the password. If your account expired, it was most likely deleted, and you will need to re-register.
My subscription expired. How do I renew?
When accounts expire, we delete them to protect your privacy. To use CAN again you will need to re-register. We wait 30 days before expired accounts are deleted.
I am a student. How do I get free access?
Access for students on CAN is FREE. Please ask your tutor/teacher to get in touch with us here, and they will share login details with you. We do not provide accounts to students directly.
Can I register without PayPal?
Yes. You can use our Stripe payment system, which is tied to your credit card. Click here to Register. This service is aimed at those that do not have PayPal in their country.
Can I create a gift account for a friend?
Yes. It is possible to set one up for a friend using the Stripe Payment System, but it is not possible to gift an account by setting up another using PayPal.
