BPascal Piron is an artist in Luxembourg. He builds systems that read a source under the constraints it imposes and leave a drawing as the record: a national company register written out address by address, a heartbeat read through a wall by ordinary WiFi. He writes on compliance as an artistic material, most recently for Critical Playground, and convenes a symposium on the subject at Casino Luxembourg in November 2026. From 2013 to 2022 he worked with Karolina Markiewicz across video, installation and performance, shown in a Collateral Event of the 56th Venice Biennale (2015) and in Venice VR at the 76th Venice International Film Festival (2019).

Public Record – Brass Plates, Black Pages
Public Record uses a pen plotter to draw Luxembourg’s registered companies, revealing the physical infrastructure of its financial industry: brass-plate addresses and single buildings hosting thousands of entities on a mailbox.
Partition – You look through a wall, the wall looks through you
Partition is a pen plotter that draws at the speed of your heartbeat, sensed through a gallery wall without your consent.
