50°47’300N 4°33’341W is programmed using sewage discharge data to highlight the environmental and human impact of water contamination and sewage release. 50°47’300N 4°33’341W is based on the interpretation and manipulation of raw data sets to act as an expounding interface between science and art, presenting data as a symbolic visual form.

The light installation 'What is for Sure' explores the relationship between space and time. By reinterpreting and manipulating the seemingly natural and chronological rhythm of light, the artwork addresses the phenomenon of chromatic changes in the sky caused by atmospheric scattering.

Created by Refik Anadol in collaboration with Kilroy Realty Corporation and SOM Architects, Virtual Depictions: San Francisco is cinematic and site-specific data-driven sculpture consisting of 90 minutes long dynamic visuals projected in the building lobby’s 40-foot-tall screen and visible from the street.
