  • Created by Mylene Dreyer while at ECAL, Incontroller is a game designed where the difficulty level in the game increases in the controller while the software remains the same.

In most of the case, digital games are composed of two entities, a computer (the software part) and a controller (the hardware). During the game, hardware part always stay the same while the software make the play evolved, with different levels of difficulty. But what if the difficulty came from the other part, from the hardware?

The arrow keys, which are normally fixed on our keyboards, move position and also rise and lower themselves. The user is expected to maintain/increase performance in the game, which is consistent, whilst the arrow keys continuously change position.
